They do treat you like family. Everyone is very nice so clean inside waiting area and all offices. It was nice to have exray done right there instead of going to a hospital to get one done. They do all labwork. I walked in and when I left I was told what my problem was and immediately started me on few medicines. I'm very very happy with them and believe the practitioner assistant will be my family doctor now. I go in a week to see her and will get my prescriptions and tell me all my medical problems she seen in my lab work and get me started on a regimen of what I need to make me feel better. Thank you and I'm glad I found Pioneer Physicians.

I've been going here for over a year (my preteen daughter is a patient as well) & absolutely love it! The front desk staff is super personable & the doctors/providers are all super kind & patient. I'm the annoying mom that asks a gazillion questions, but I've never felt rushed or shamed for my silly questions. They also offer some primary care services in addition to urgent care. Amazing hours & I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes as a walk-in patient! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

From the time I entered the door at reception, to my incredibly kind and caring med tech Hannah, and finally the incredibly knowledgable and competent NP Loranine I was treated extraordinarily. They let me come in close to close, were incredibly through, and made me feel extremely cared about . I love that the NP didn't try to push a bunch of antibiotics on me, she waited for my results and prescribed only what was needed as well as recommended natural and lifestyle adjustments. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone was very polite from the receptionist all the way to the dr (I hope the receptionist was a RN BECAUSE she had to administer the shot in my buttocks) LOLBVS!! … and the best part they had water and other drinks there while you wait … thinking I was going to wait a long period if time but I didn’t. I came at a good time .. only thing I should have check with my insurance to make sure it was covered for urgent care but I was in pain and and the irritation was getting worse and I couldn’t get to my PCP because the next available appointment was TOO WAY OUT… I’m praying I don’t have a high bill

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The nurses and Dr. were so great as well. They were able to get my 5 year old daughter in right away as there was an insurance change and her pediatrician was no longer in my network.
